MaxiCom Mk808bt - why is my 'service manual' not selectable?

    Hey. Guys

    First ever post so apologies if not getting things right ,bought a mk808bt , but when I scan Cars the service manual function is GREyed out and not selectable? Any ideas why?

     If you are referring to the specific service manual for the vehicle you are working on, you have to pay for a separate subscription to that manual in order for it to show up.
